We are committed to making sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

As part of our commitment, we offer a no-hassle 30 day Limited Lifetime Warranty for products in brand new and resellable condition with the original, unopened packaging. Once a first aid kit has been opened—the sale is final with the exception of defected, damaged, and missing products.  

Return Process

  1. Send us a message within 30 days using our contact us page or email us at info@ruggedcare.net. Please include your name and order number.
  2. Upon acceptance, we will email you a return label for USPS.
  3. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  4. We will then inspect your return and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  5. If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If the return is rejected, then the product will be shipped back to the return address at your expense.

Defects, Damaged Products, Missing Products, Shipping Mistakes

As part of our Limited Lifetime Warranty, please contact us within 30 days to report any defects, damaged products, missing products, or shipping mistakes. You will NEVER incur a cost if you receive a defected, damaged, or missing product or if we make a shipping mistake. In the event that we send you an incorrect product, or fail to ship your entire order, or if there is shipping damage, we will swiftly remedy the mistake at no cost to you.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are damaged. If your item is damaged, please see above section on damaged products.
